Protecting our clients from security penetration and data loss is of absolute priority to Colleague Software.

As a browser-based solution, Colleague 7 adheres to the latest security measures to ensure that it cannot be directly or indirectly penetrated through software hacking techniques.

As a Microsoft Gold partner, we utilise Microsoft Azure as our hosting solution.

Data is passed from Colleague 7 to your Azure SQL database in a secure transaction, applying an encryption layer (TDE) to the data as it is stored. Every byte that Azure SQL manages is encrypted before being written to disk, and decrypted when it is read.

Within the system interface, data protection is maintained via user controls, workflow privileges, mandatory settings and Office 365’s enhanced security measures, including device / IP recognition and geographical tracking on login.
