📅 Colleague will be upgraded on 06/09/26 with our latest release: 26.08.02.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming release of Colleague v26.07.02, bringing a collection of enhancements designed to improve productivity, flexibility, and user experience.

🔹 Larger Import Files Supported
Import significantly larger datasets with background processing, live progress tracking, notifications, and automatic recovery if interrupted.

🔹 Undo on Search Results
Accidentally removed a record from a search? Simply undo the action and restore it instantly, complete with rankings and document links.

🔹 More Flexible Duplicate Management
The “Bypass Exact Match Check” permission can now be configured separately for Candidates, Companies, and Contacts, providing greater control over data management.

🔹 Additional Candidate Rate & Salary Visibility
Current and Wanted Rate/Salary fields can now be displayed directly on Requirement Candidate lists, giving recruiters quicker access to key information.

🔹 Interview Time Added to Requirements
Requirement candidate lists now display Interview Time alongside Interview Date for improved scheduling visibility.

🔹 Smarter PDF Conversion
When converting documents to PDF, users can now choose whether to overwrite an existing file or create a new copy, helping keep records tidy and organised.
