Colleague integrates with Text Anywhere

Text Anywhere offer a secure and reliable messaging service which processes the sending and receiving of SMS messages.

As standard, users will be able to send an SMS message from within Colleague against a Candidate, Contact, Requirement and Interview record.

Colleague also supports bulk SMS messaging for mobile text message campaigns.

The SMS feature is delivered with the use of quota allocations. Each user will be able to see their current allocation and the number of credits that will be removed after sending an SMS message.

Reporting is also available to view the usage of the SMS feature versus quota across any / all selected users.

Responses to SMS messages sent via this approach are received via email to the sending user.
