We're excited to announce that the latest Colleague 6 release is now out! Colleague 6.6 contains four major updates, including a new user interface, an updated Textkernel powered parser, MailChimp e-marketing integration and compatibility with Microsoft Office 2016.

1. Brand new user interface
Our new design gives a cleaner, aesthetically pleasing layout, with new iconography and an updated Microsoft 2016 ribbon style.
2. Textkernel parser integration
Textkernel's Extract CV parser will now be offered as standard to our customers as an integrated part of Colleague 6. Our parser integration can offer a higher degree of accuracy, is multilingual and is maintained and updated by Textkernel – utilising advanced semantic language technology and expertise. 3. MailChimp email marketing integration
Our integration will allow Colleague 6 users to add candidates and contacts to their MailChimp lists as well as track the activities and statistics of those receiving MailChimp campaigns from within Colleague 6 - fantastic intelligence for recruitment consultants looking to engage and nurture their pipelines more effectively. 4. Microsoft Office 2016 compatibility
Colleague 6.6 is now compatible with Microsoft Office 2016's desktop applications - including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Colleague 6's Microsoft Outlook add-in allows consultants to quickly insert templates and merge fields, track emails, parse CVs, import distribution lists and maintain email privacy.
