Website Integrations

Integrating your CRM with your website is an important step to bringing automation to the management of your website advertisements and attracting direct applicants.

Colleague 7 supports and delivers bespoke integrations with platforms such as WordPress, Volcanic and other bespoke providers based on your requirements.

As an example, Volcanic offers highly efficient Recruitment Agency websites via an award-winning content management system (CMS).

Our integration allows for the posting of requirements to a Volcanic website. The post will contain all of the necessary vacancy details you require, alongside your chosen discipline (sector) to categorise the vacancy.

A section will then exist Within Colleague 7 to administer the post, whether that be to post or delete the vacancy.

Your post can include an auto expiry based on a set number of days (i.e. 30 days) and the email destination for applications is configurable to your needs.

Within your business, we can also arrange for email notifications to be triggered warning owning users when their vacancies are due to expire on the website.
