We’ve got an exciting release this coming weekend. Lots of updates, tweaks and improvements.

This weekend (06/08/23) marks the sixth major release of 2023 for Colleague 7.

Colleague 7 Version: 23.07.02

This release will include :

The ability to run Requirement Workflows on the Candidate Record
Undo CV Send Workflow added to Candidate and Requirement Record
Ability to configure the Team Overview (Global/User Settings)
New Missing Timesheets Area
Ability to paste multiple Email Addresses (separated by semi-colon) Into the ‘To’, CC & BCC Fields
New Permission to exclude ‘Working For Us’ Candidates from Eshots
Ability to Assign Lead to Requirement
Margin Only Field updates – Auto Hide Payment Details (and ignore Pay mandatory fields)
New Placement fields to store Tertiary Details (3rd Party Agency)
Ability to set Company/Team Target
Ability to set Sequence Order of Reports
Placement Activity Report Updates
Additional Invoice Contacts added to Company Invoice Details
Lots of Minor UI Updates
