Microsoft Teams allows you to replace your existing PBX system with a set of features delivered from Office 365 and tightly integrate into your organisation's cloud experience. Users can click a name in their address book and Teams will place the call working with both PC to headset or PC to Phone setups.
Colleague 7 is able to offer a quick and easy 'click to dial' solution from all telephone numbers throughout the system. This workflow includes the prompt to create a history when triggering the call.
As a configurable solution, Colleague 7 is able to integrate with most telephony solutions provided they are responsive to a protocol.
