Create templated emails that inform either a user, team or list of specified users when a certain record has been created or a specified workflow has taken place.
These templated emails can contain merge fields relevant to the associated record and pull through data including links for record access.
Emails can be sent soon after the event or scheduled on daily basis (based on your preference).
