Colleague Software are happy to confirm that Colleague 7 now supports a full integration with NORTHSTAR.

NORTHSTAR is a real time continuous appraisal system giving staff a feeling of autonomy and ownership over their destiny while also giving Managers and Directors fantastic visibility of sales activity and ways to develop staff productivity and careers. All delivered in a beautifully presented web application.

In addition to day to day staff metrics and management metrics NORTHSTAR includes a big screen module and an ad hoc reporting suite allowing clients to drill down into their data for insights. For senior teams and Directors NORTHSTAR also provides a board pack module combining activity, sales and financial metrics.
