This weekend Colleague will release version: 25.03.02.

This release includes:

➡️ Option to add User Group to Templates
➡️ Ability to lockdown documents?
➡️ Maximum number of recipients Global Setting for bulk emailing
➡️ Arrows on User Settings to move User/Team Overview panels up and down
➡️ UGPs to view Parse Candidate CV and Parse Contact
➡️ UGP to view Campaigns
➡️ UGP Permissions around the Excel option on Reports
➡️ Default Saved Searches Naming Convention
➡️ UGP for Candidate Status Field
➡️ ‘Copy Document’ now creates a ‘Document Copied’ History
➡️ ‘Rename Document’ now creates History to track renaming of Document
➡️ Name Change – Update Placements Choice added to History
