We’re now officially deployed our first release of 2023!
Colleague 7 Version: 23.01.02
This includes:
- Target vs Activity Report
- Ability to Scan Notes for Skills
- Permissions to View & Edit Other Users Lists
- Manual Process to updating Last Contacted field
- Bulk Add Notes & Create History on Candidates Tab of Requirement
- Ability to Multi-Select Users When Creating Calendar Entries and/or Tasks
- Option to Set whether a User Record should log Inbound Emails, Outbound Emails & Deleted Items
- Other Minor UI updates and Fixes…

Within our next (current) development sprint we’re working on:
- WhatsApp (Twilio) Integration
- Setting to Exclude Archived Records from Duplication Checks
- Standing Charge option for monthly re-occuring Placement Fees
- Ability to Mark Invoices as Paid/Specify Paid Amount
- ‘Delay Delivery’ option when sending emails
- Other Minor UI updates based on client feedback
