Tony Seager – Director at Seal Recruitment Training Solutions

Tony, who has run his own succesful recruitment business, has 27 years experience in the industry and has delivered more than 25,000 hours of field training. In 2004 Tony founded Seal Recruitment Training Solutions with a view to offering a range of recruitment training and HR consultancy services to organisations globally. Tony is often called upon as a speaker at industry events and on topics ranging from ‘Change Management’ to ‘Hiring top talent, to ‘Survival’.

Steven Yendell – Managing Director at Phaidon International

Steve joined Selby Jennings in June 2005 with the responsibility of billing in and building out the Quants,Risk and Analytics division. In his Phaidon Group role, Steve has also established the Viridium brand, taken a lead role in establishing the Singapore and New York offices, and developed a succession of managers to lead divisions within the group.His current role is as Group MD, with specific responsibility for all perm revenue streams from the UK HQ, and the global growth of the Contracts division.

Ben Charlton – Account Director at First Point

After spending 3 years running a direct sales office for Appco, Ben moved into recruitment in Jan 2010 and quickly began billing at a high level -around £180k in his first 6 months as a consultant, £310k in his first full year. Ben now looks after key accounts, developing strategic relationships with new customers. This year Ben is on course to bill half a million.
