This weekend marks the third major release of 2023 for Colleague 7!
Colleague 7 Version: 23.03.02
This release will include :
- Ability to Import Timesheets from CSV (Excel)
- Ability to Lockdown or Hide Custom Fields (based on User Group)
- Option to Add Exclusion List for Disallowed Email Domains
- Chart Invoiced Values within the Forecasting Report
- Notice Period fields Updated to Include Unit of Measure dropdown
- Setup Email Templates for Leads
- Add Extra Decimal Places for Rates
- Configure the ‘Owning Company’ lookup field
- Show Company Alert on All Company Contacts
- Cancel Interview option added to Requirement
- Set How Long an Interview Alert Remains Post Interview

Within our next development sprint we’re working on:
- WhatsApp (Twilio) Integration (finalising our Business Accounts with Meta and Twilio)
- Add PAYE calculator to Requirements & Rates
- Integration with MERIT Software
- Colleague Portals – Ability for a Contact to raise a query to the Contractor when approving Timesheets
- Other Minor UI updates based on client feedback
