This weekend marks the fourth major release of 2023 for Colleague 7!
Colleague 7 Version: 23.04.02:
This release will include :
- Add PAYE Calculator to Requirements
- Secure ‘Document Type’ setting with UGP (Hide Sensitive Documents)
- Note Tab Icons (‘Ticked’ when Notes Contain Contents)
- Placement Summary Tab
- Add ‘Permission’ Column Added to Custom Fields table

- WhatsApp (Twilio) Integration (finalising our Business Accounts with Meta and Twilio)
- Enhanced Solution for Building Merge Codes with Tables of Data
- Prevent Candidate/Contact creation in the event of an ‘Exact Match’
- Add ‘Update Charge Status’ section to Back Office > Timesheet Management
- Include Expenses in Timesheet Import
- Delete Candidates Associated With Deleted Placements
- Integration with MERIT Software
- Other Minor UI updates based on client feedback
